Cach kham pha Aberration of Starlight 3D Explorer

Open the explorer and watch a star tilt toward Earth direction of travel and trace its yearly ellipse.

  1. Open https://freetoolonline.com/space-3d/aberration-of-starlight.html and wait for the scene.
  2. Watch the yellow star nudge away from the white cross (its true mean position).
  3. Check the small inset - the nudge points along Earth velocity arrow.
  4. Slide the star latitude from 0 (a line on the ecliptic) to 90 (a circle at the pole).
  5. Press Play to sweep the year, and read the facts panel for the 20.5 arcsec constant.
