Open the explorer and watch Earth's two radiation belts drift in opposite directions.

1. Open https://freetoolonline.com/space-3d/van-allen-belts.html and wait for Earth and the two particle belts to appear.
2. Press Play and watch the orange inner belt and blue outer belt drift around Earth.
3. Notice the two belts move in opposite directions - protons west, electrons east.
4. Press the SAA marker button to see where the inner belt dips closest to Earth.
5. Use the speed slider to slow down or speed up the drift.
