Live Earthquake Tracker - Paso a Paso
Live Earthquake Tracker funciona en tres pasos: elegir tus filtros, ejecutar la consulta y luego leer el resultado. Esta página explica qué espera cada paso.
Paso 1 - elige tus filtros
Ve a Live Earthquake Tracker y elige una ventana de tiempo (última hora, día o semana) y una magnitud mínima (todas, M1.0+, M2.5+ o M4.5+).
Paso 2 - ejecuta la consulta
Haz clic en "Check earthquakes". La página carga datos en vivo del USGS directamente en tu navegador - sin subir archivos, sin cuenta, sin instalación. Una consulta predeterminada de "último día, todas las magnitudes" también se ejecuta automáticamente al abrir la página, para que siempre haya algo visible antes de interactuar.
Paso 3 - lee el resultado
Los resultados aparecen ordenados del más reciente primero, cada fila mostrando magnitud (con color según la gravedad), lugar, tiempo transcurrido y profundidad; el nombre del lugar enlaza a la página oficial del evento en el USGS. Haz clic en "Sort by distance from me" para reordenar de más cercano a más lejano, con una columna de distancia, tras conceder el permiso de ubicación. Si nada coincide con el piso de magnitud elegido, la página muestra el mensaje claro "No earthquakes at or above that magnitude" en vez de un panel vacío.
