How to Play Chili Blast Shooter - Step by Step
The Chili Blast Shooter loads a single ~26 KB canvas vertical shooter in your tab. Move with the keyboard; shots fire automatically on a timer.
Step 1 - start or retry
Press Play on the page, then press Enter to begin. After you lose all three lives, press Enter again to retry the run from wave one.
Step 2 - move and let auto-fire work
Use WASD or the arrow keys to dodge. Your ship fires on a fixed timer toward enemies above - you do not press a separate fire key.
Step 3 - chain kills and protect three lives
You start with three lives. Each enemy you destroy in quick succession raises a combo multiplier on your score. Getting hit costs one life unless a shield power-up blocks that single hit.
Step 4 - collect power-ups
Dropped pickups rotate through spread shot (wider volleys), speed boost (faster movement), and shield (blocks one hit). Grab them before they scroll off the bottom.
Step 5 - survive waves and the ice-cream boss
Enemies arrive in waves that get tougher over time. Every tenth wave spawns an ice-cream boss with extra health. Beat it to continue. Your best score saves locally under the key ftol:chiliblastshooter:hs.

Why trust these tools
- Ten-plus years of web tooling. The freetoolonline editorial team has shipped browser-based utilities since 2015. The goal has never changed: get you to a working output fast, without an install.
- No install, no sign-up. Open a tool and get a working output in seconds - nothing to download and no account to create. Tools that need heavy processing run it on our service, so even a low-powered machine gets the job done.
- Analytics stops at the page view. We measure which pages get visited, not what you type or upload inside a tool. There is nothing to sign in to and no profile is attached to your input.
- Open-source core components. The processing engines underneath (libheif, libde265, pdf-lib, terser, clean-css, ffmpeg.wasm, and others) are public and audit-able. We link to each one in its tool page's footer.
- Free, with or without ads. All tools are fully functional without sign-up. The Disable Ads button in the header is always available if you need a distraction-free run.
