How to View Lambeosaurus in 3D
Lambeosaurus 3D Viewer runs a Late Cretaceous hollow-crested hadrosaur in your browser. Drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom, toggle a 1.8 m person for scale, and click the head, hatchet-shaped crest, tail, or a leg for a fossil-sourced fact.
Open the Lambeosaurus page and take the camera

The Lambeosaurus facts panel lists length about 9.5 m (panel mid-range; published range about 9-15 m), height about 4 m, weight about 5 t (published range about 4-6 t), era 76-75 Mya Late Cretaceous Campanian, herbivore diet, named by William Parks in 1923 honoring Lawrence Lambe from Dinosaur Park Formation Alberta Canada. The hollow hatchet or axe-shaped bony crest is a third crest shape on this site beside Parasaurolophus tube crest and Saurolophus spike crest. Wide length range reflects taxonomic revision across historically separate named species now treated as growth stages or synonyms. Soft-tissue color is an artistic reconstruction. Procedural first paint uses a simplified cone crest; the real hatchet shape appears after an optional CC0/Public Domain glTF (Model Magic via Printables) swaps in. This model is not a fossil-accurate skeleton.
