Step 3 - get the result
URL Decoder shows the result on the same page. Encoding uses the browser encodeURIComponent/decodeURIComponent path and runs locally - no upload and no account. Paste a percent-encoded string to read it, or encode plain text for a query value.
Nothing you type is saved; refreshing the page clears the box.
