How to use JWST L2 Halo Orbit 3D Explorer

  1. Open the JWST L2 Halo Orbit 3D Explorer and wait for the canvas to paint.
  2. Drag to orbit the view and scroll to zoom in on the halo loop around the L2 marker.
  3. Scrub the halo-day slider from 0 to 168 to move Webb to any point on the path.
  4. Press Play orbit to animate one full halo circuit continuously.
  5. Toggle the burn markers to see roughly where the ~21-day station-keeping burns happen.
